| The suggested retail price for our
starter CD is $9.95. With the CD, you get an access code worth 840 minutes of
access time via one of our many
local access numbers,
or worth 120 minutes when you connect via Slingshot's nationwide

Can I use Slingshot anywhere? |
| Using your CD, access code, a modem-equipped computer with a CD-ROM drive and a telephone line, you can use Slingshot anywhere in the United States at any time. |

| Yes. Slingshot allows you to set up a personal
e-mail account
accessible with a Web browser from any computer with an Internet connection. |

How do I get more minutes? |
| You can purchase a Slingshot recharge card from the

What are the minimum system requirements to install Slingshot? |
| For PC users, minimum system requirements are 486/33 processor, Windows® 95 operating system, 8 MB RAM memory, 14.4 Kbps modem, CD-ROM drive and VGA monitor. |
